Job Summary :

The Director of Food & Beverage leads all aspects of mountain dining, including high-volume quick service restaurants, catering and events, and warehouse logistics. This role is accountable for financial performance, guest experience, team development, and alignment with Heavenly Mountain's brand vision and Vail Resorts' best practices.

The expected pay range is $99,043 - $131,902 + annual bonus + equity. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
