Long-Lewis of the Shoals is seeking a Pick-Up / Delivery Coordinator to play a pivotal role in assisting customers with the convenient scheduling of their vehicle pick-up and delivery for service appointments. In this dynamic position, you'll be the central point of contact, coordinating drivers and ensuring timely, professional communication with customers through our dealership-approved software. This role demands exceptional organizational skills to effectively juggle multiple schedules, adapt to last-minute adjustments, and consistently uphold the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, coupled with an unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record. The ability to confidently drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles is essential. We're looking for someone who is highly organized, meticulously detail-oriented, and capable of working productively with minimal supervision. A positive attitude, professional appearance, and outstanding communication skills are paramount. Furthermore, your responsibilities will include :

• Coordinating daily schedules for multiple pick-up and delivery drivers.
• Communicating with customers via phone, text, or email to confirm all details and timings.
• Expertly using scheduling software to track appointments and manage logistics.
• Responding promptly to any changes or delays in service.
