Develop and execute a personal lead generation strategy to build a pipeline of new business.Use CRM tools to research, track, and manage target accounts and opportunities.Identify and engage key contacts within target companies through effective research and account exploration.Generate new opportunities via prospecting calls, in-person meetings, networking, internet research, social media, email, databases, and partner referrals.Conduct discovery to understand prospects' business challenges, priorities, and decision drivers.Schedule and secure qualified meetings with decision-makers and influencers.Maintain accurate and timely records of all activities, contacts, and opportunities in the CRM system.Travel within the assigned territory to meet with prospects, attend industry events, and build relationships.Stay current on company products, services, and industry trends to effectively position solutions.Provide regular updates to management on pipeline activity, progress, and market insights.KEY QUALIFICATIONS :
3–5 years of proven experience in outside sales, business development, or lead generation with measurable results.Strong prospecting skills and ability to generate new opportunities independently.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible scheduling.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with the sales team.Experience using CRM systems to manage accounts, track activity, and report on progress.Ability to quickly understand customer needs and tailor solutions effectively.Familiarity with research tools, social media, and online platforms for identifying and connecting with prospects.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.Company Description
