Digital Workplace Engineer (Hybrid)

As the Digital Workplace Engineer with American Family Insurance you will collaborate to provide and maintain applications that meet our needs. Responsible for development for simple to moderately complex business solutions.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Technology Services - Digital Workplace Solutions.

Position Compensation Range :

$78,000.00 - $128,000.00

Pay Rate Type : Salary

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

Primary Accountabilities :

• Support the development, configuration, coding, testing, and administration of Microsoft 365 systems, providing end-user support.
• Contribute to the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of enterprise-scale Microsoft applications.
• Optimize Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) for performance and security.
• Participate in team activities and take on additional tasks to help achieve team goals.
• Create and maintain system documentation as required.

In this hybrid role you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month out fo our Madison, WI office.
