Warehouse & Fulfillment Operations Manager

This role leads the heartbeat of our operations : fulfillment. You'll oversee 2 Managers and 4 Functional Leads across Receiving, Distribution, E-Commerce, and Inventory—transforming our Houston Distribution Center into a center of excellence that delivers speed, accuracy, and delight for every customer.

What You'll Do

• Lead Operations : Oversee daily flow of goods across receiving, storage, inventory, retail distribution, and DTC fulfillment.
• Empower Teams : Coach and develop high-performing leaders and associates with clear goals and accountability.
• Elevate the Customer Promise : Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the right product reaches the right place, on time, every time.
• Optimize & Innovate : Own KPIs for accuracy, cost, and quality; implement automation, layout improvements, and process enhancements.
• Champion Culture & Safety : Foster a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement that reflects the company's spirit.
