Position Overview

As a Solar Outreach Specialist, you will engage homeowners in assigned neighborhoods to introduce energy-saving solutions and schedule qualified consultations with our senior solar consultants.

You are not responsible for closing sales your role is to educate, qualify, and book appointments using proven systems and scripts.

No prior solar experience is required. We provide full training.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door outreach in residential areas
  
  
• Communicate solar and energy-saving benefits clearly and professionally
  
  
• Qualify homeowners based on program requirements
  
  
• Schedule appointments accurately in the CRM
  
  
• Follow Housebuildr scripts, expectations, and daily standards
  
  
• Maintain a professional attitude and consistent work ethic
  
  

Candidate Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills
  
  
• Coachable, reliable, and accountable
  
  
• Comfortable engaging with homeowners face-to-face
  
  
• Competitive mindset with a willingness to learn
  
  
• Reliable transportation and smartphone
  
  
• Ability to work afternoon and evening hours
  
  

Sales experience is helpful but not required.
