This position is available due to the growing needs of our community. You will be part of a single practice where :

• Patient Demographics : 60% Medicaid and 40% Private.
• Scope of Care : General pediatrics for ages 0-18, including well-child visits, acute care, and complex health needs.
• Work Environment : Outpatient and inpatient settings, with newborn nursery coverage averaging 11 patients daily.
• Flexible Schedule : Options for a 5-day or 4-day work week, with shared weekend responsibilities.
• Procedures : Circumcision and frenotomy.
• Call Duties : Weekly night call for the newborn nursery and shared weekend responsibilities.
• Teaching Opportunities : Involvement in training medical students and residents, with potential roles as Core Faculty and Advisor.
• Curriculum Development : Oversee and present ambulatory didactic curriculum.
• Quality Improvement : Engage in education and quality improvement activities, ensuring a conducive learning environment.

Located in the sunny city of Phoenix, Dignity Health Medical Group Pediatrics is a major teaching site for Creighton University School of Medicine and Phoenix Children’s Hospital Pediatric Residency Program.
