We are currently hiring for a Café Supervisor , a hands-on role responsible for leading daily operations at Elevation Café. This position offers the opportunity to create memorable guest experiences while ensuring smooth service, team collaboration, and a warm, welcoming environment in one of the hotel's signature outlets.

Job Summary :

The Café Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the café, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, exceptional guest service, and smooth, efficient workflow. This role involves leading and motivating team members, maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, managing inventory and supplies, and upholding cleanliness and safety protocols. The Café Supervisor plays a key role in creating a positive guest experience while supporting the overall goals and standards of the Elevation Convening Center & Hotel.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

• Assists with interviewing, training, and supervising team.
• Supervises outlet staff to maintain service standards.
