This opportunity supports a team of Exploitation Analysts, Digital Network Exploitation Analysts, Target Digital Network Analysts, and Cyber Network Defense Analysts, responsible for improving, protecting, and defending our Nations Security. Job Description : We are looking for a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) who will conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads, ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information. You will also maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis. You will develop comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets, identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps and employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets communications, network usage and digital footprints. You will apply knowledge and understanding of government needs and missions, as well as the targets culture, behaviors, and communications technologies. You will mentor other analysts on the tools and methodologies used to conduct TDNA. The TDNA shall possess the following capabilities :

• Conducting advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads, ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information.
• Maintaining appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
• Developing comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets.
• Identifying intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps.
• Employing multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets communications, network usage and digital footprints.
• Applying knowledge and understanding of government needs and missions, as well as the targets culture, behaviors, and communications technologies.
• Mentoring other analysts on the tools and methodologies used to conduct TDNA. Required Qualifications : Level 1 :
• High School Diploma with 6 years of experience, Associates Degree with 4 years of experience, Bachelors Degree with 2 years of experience, Masters Degree with 2 years of experience, or PhD with 2 years of experience. Level 2 :
• High School Diploma with 9 years of experience, Associates Degree with 7 years of experience, Bachelors Degree with 5 years of experience, Masters Degree with 3 years of experience, or PhD with 2 years of experience. Level 3 :
• High School Diploma with 12 years of experience, Associates Degree with 10 years of experience, Bachelors Degree with 8 years of experience, Masters Degree with 6 years of experience, or PhD with 4 years of experience. Level 4 :
• High School Diploma with 15 years of experience, Associates Degree with 13 years of experience, or Bachelors Degree with 11 years of experience, Masters Degree with 9 years of experience, or PhD with 7 years of experience. All Levels :
• 18 semester hours of military training / coursework in networking, computer science, or cyber topics is equivalent to an Associates degree.
• Degree in Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) are preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable. Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph Pay Range : 72,000-263,000 The RealmOne pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
