POSITION SUMMARY :
Line Cooks are a part of the culinary team. We work together to get stations prepped so we may serve our guests. We work with many flavor profiles and try to achieve our goal of exceeding our guests expectations. Duties include preparing food and maintaining sanitation. It's a fun and professional environment led by a passionate and fair chef.
In this position, your principal goal will be to prepare high-quality meals that meet the chef’s expectations and will be responsible for setting up the prep station, stocking inventory, and maintaining sanitation standards. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and multi-tasking skills. Ultimately, you will play an essential role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and restaurant.

A High School diploma is preferred.
Preferred qualifications would include a minimum of 1 year of kitchen experience in a club, hotel, or catering service.
