Daily Hours : Monday - Friday 8 : 00-5 : 00

$18.00 hourly English Speaking Only / $37,440 Salary

$19.00 hourly Bilingual : Spanish + English / $39,520 Salary

We're currently hiring a Screening Representative to support high-volume phone and client service operations. 100% Employer Paid Health Insurance (start date of this benefit to be determined by employer if the candidate is extended a permanent offer after CFS temporary period.)

Tasks / Responsibilities - Screening Representative :

• Conduct employment verifications in response to background check results
• Review and process background check data with accuracy and confidentiality
• Provide customer support primarily through email and live chat platforms
• Perform minimal inbound and outbound calls while maintaining prompt and clear communication
