work hours : 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities

• New Product Introduction (NPI) : Develop and maintain technical documentation. Validate form, fit, and function of newly developed products.
• Continuous Product Improvement (CPI) : Analyze and resolve defects in production-level products.
• Advanced Technical Support : Provide high-level support to both internal teams and external customers. Triage and resolve escalated issues to restore customer production systems.

Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant experience, including work in NPI and CPI processes. Tucson, AZ local candidates ONLY!
