Job Opportunity : Business Services Manager

McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for a Business Services Manager for its Ames offices. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients. Responsibilities include : Assisting Business Services Director in the operation and management of the business office with particular focus on claim follow-up, denial management, W / C billing, and corporate billing. Supervises personnel and designs work schedules and assignments. Performs coding and error resolution requiring independent judgement.

Education : High School Diploma, GED or HiSET + Associate degree in business or related field preferred

Days : Monday - Friday Hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Experience : Minimum of 2 years medical office experience + Previous supervisory experience preferred
