  • Contract Type : Six-month contract with extension
  • Location : Seattle, WA
  • Schedule : Monday-Friday
  • Compensation : $ 104,000 to $ 114,400 annually, plus benefits

This role is exclusively for direct hires on W2 and is not open to C2C or third-party arrangements.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Change Manager to lead organizational change initiatives and support the ongoing rollout of our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program. This role is critical to maintaining momentum and continuity as our current Organizational Change Management (OCM) lead prepares for maternity leave. The ideal candidate will be local to the office and comfortable working on-site, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across diverse teams.

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To

  • Build and maintain strong relationships across organizational teams to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication about the ERM program and other organizational changes.
  • Support the design and implementation of change management strategies that align with business goals.
  • Identify potential change impacts and develop mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate training sessions and provide support to teams affected by change.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders and report on change adoption and effectiveness.
  • Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Proven experience in organizational change management, preferably within a corporate or consulting environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience supporting ERM programs or similar enterprise initiatives is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working on-site and engaging directly with teams.
  • Availability to start immediately to ensure a smooth transition.
