A company is looking for a Remote Medical Benefits Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Perform inbound and outbound calls assisting patients with prescription benefits

Verify insurance, billing, and medical information accurately

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Federal Health Care Program guidelines

Required Qualifications

1+ year of recent call center experience

Knowledge of medical terminology or prescription benefits is a plus

High School Diploma or equivalent

Comfortable meeting performance metrics (KPIs)

Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills
