Senior Healthcare Informatics Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Healthcare Informatics Analyst to join their Clinical Informatics Team.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with business units and management to analyze and document business requirements and processes for reporting solutions

Collect, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources, presenting findings and collaborating on outcomes

Act as a subject matter expert, mentoring analysts and facilitating initiatives for data retrieval and report creation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 4+ years of experience in business intelligence / analytics tools, or an associate degree with 7+ years, or high school equivalency with 10+ years of experience

Solid knowledge of business concepts, analytics techniques, and data policies

Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL coding, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

Intermediate knowledge of healthcare claims payment systems and quality programs

Ability to develop analytical tools and presentation formats creatively and effectively
