GTM Recruiter

A company is looking for a GTM Recruiter (Contract) to assist in recruiting top talent across various teams in the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including identifying, engaging, and evaluating candidates

Develop strategies and collaborate with executives to recruit top talent across the organization

Participate in recruiting projects and initiatives to enhance current processes and candidate experience

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience recruiting in high tech / SaaS environments

Experience with various sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior business leaders

Experience in a data-driven recruiting environment with an understanding of key metrics

Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS is a plus
