Bodily Injury Adjuster

A company is looking for a Large Loss Bodily Injury Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

Performs file reviews for various complex projects or for cases in litigation, analyzes data, and reports findings

May review cases to determine if Closed Without Payment (CWP) is appropriate given gross tort value exposure

Supports the Field with discretionary referrals on complex coverage issues

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience managing high severity injury and complex auto liability claims

Ability to grant settlement authority on claims exceeding Market Claim Office (MCO) limits

Experience with rejected tenders and matters requiring extra contractual evaluation

Commercial and litigation experience are highly desirable

Preferred candidate should reside within the Eastern Time Zone
