Job description3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud and / or Marketing Cloud). Strong understanding of CRM workflows, data models, and integrations. Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in Agile environments. Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant). Experience with additional CRM or marketing automation tools. Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
Overview :
We are seeking a Product Manager with strong business systems analysis experience to support Salesforce CRM initiatives. This role will define product strategy, gather and translate requirements, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features.
- Work with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver solutions that meet user needs.
- Analyze business processes and recommend system enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and adoption.
- Monitor product performance and identify areas for optimization.
- Develop BRDs, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Create process flows, journeys, and system diagrams.
- Support backlog grooming and sprint planning.
- Collaborate with engineering and QA during development and UAT.
- Maintain documentation in Confluence and track work in Jira.
