Product Management Lead Analyst
Join one of the fastest growing business segments at Cigna. As a Product Management Lead Analyst you will support the development and implementation of product strategies to maximize profitable growth and membership targets within Cigna's Individual and Family Plans (IFP) segment. As part of the IFP Product Team, you will be responsible for market and segment analysis, product definition, competitive assessment, product design and price positioning strategies, and ensuring our products deliver superior value to customers who buy their own individual health insurance.
The Product Management Lead Analyst will develop and implement health insurance plans for specific market areas and provide in-depth SME support of key initiatives and projects. A successful person in this role has or will rapidly become a functional expert in the individual business segment. Success will be achieved through strong, proactive partnerships with areas / individuals such as IFP Market Managers, Pricing, Risk Management, Sales / Distribution, Network / Provider Contracting, Service Operations and IT. Individuals with experience in developing benefit & plan design strategies and / or health related products for the individual health insurance industry are preferred. Intellectual curiosity & analytical acumen are highly desirable.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
