INFRA's Membership Administrator supports all aspects of member administration, from onboarding, to outreach, to member change moments, to addressing inquiries, to offboarding - ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting every step of the way. This is a key role in fostering member engagement, supporting the INFRA team, and ensuring the cooperative's long-term success.

What you will own and improve :
This role is focused on member support, data management, and communication. These include :
Member support :
- Primary support areas include onboarding, member changes (staff changes, ownership transfers, closures, etc.), offboarding, and other engagement moments that benefit from extra administrative support.
- Act as point of connection to transition new members from onboarding to Business Advisement teams. Provide retailers a high level of engagement when they are onboarding – be the person to get them connected to orientations, INFRA staff, chase down requirements work (SPINS) etc.
- Openly available for questions or needs from Business Advisors as they support members during the normal course of serving members.
- Act as a point of contact for all member inquiries via phone, email, or in person. This includes answering questions, resolving issues, and escalating complex matters when necessary.
- Support the feedback loop between growth teams, administrative staff, and field teams.
Member Detail Admin :
Support new membership applications, ensuring all necessary information and documentation are submitted.Partner with the finance department to accurately process membership fees, handle failed payments, and issue refunds when appropriate.Track, report, and analyze key membership metrics, such as growth and retention. Use compelling dashboards. Prepare updates, reports, and presentations for INFRA stakeholders, including leadership.Create and improve processes and systems to ensure effective workflow between teams.Database Management :
Maintain INFRA's membership customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure all member records are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.Member Communication :
Assist MarCom with member communication in areas related to role responsibilities, such as providing input for newsletters, updating members on upcoming events, etc.Support the implementation of strategies across member facing teams to reach INFRA goals, recruit new members, and increase engagement and retention among existing ones.Support special projects as needed.What you already know :
At least 3 years experience in a client service-based organization is required. Industry experience in grocery or retail is strongly preferred, especially in-store operational experience.Associates degree focused on business, data, or related field preferred.Understanding of member-based association business models preferred.Exceptional communication skills. The ability to communicate empathetically, clearly, and effectively with both members and staff, whether in writing or verbally, is paramount.Team Player with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. Enthusiastic about supporting colleagues, receptive to feedback, and proactive about solving problems.Technically savvy. Proficient with using and improving CRM systems, databases, Power BI dashboards, project management software.Unwavering member service mindset. Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of service, timely responses, and navigate tricky situations with grace, demonstrating the value in positive outcomes .Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks, manage schedules, and keep goals on track.Meticulous attention to detail and follow through is required.Able to handle sensitive and confidential member information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.Travel up to 10% is required for this position.This role is part of our hybrid workforce, located out of our St Paul HQ.

Reporting : Reports to the Member Administration Manager
Status : Full-time exempt
Travel requirements : Travel up to 10% required.
