The Senior Analyst, Plan Sponsor will be responsible for functioning as an Account Management and Plan Sponsor Support for down-market cases (1,000 life).

Key Responsibilities :

• Researches, and resolves eligibility and claims inquiries for an assigned book of business.
• Consults with internal / external customers to identify accurate information to meet customer's expectations.
• Responsible for managing renewal and annual enrollments for assigned block of business.
• The role requires effective multitasking in a fast-paced, flexible, and adaptable environment, adherence to designated procedures, maintenance of production levels and quality goals, efficient processing of new and changing information, the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and strong customer service skills are essential.

Pay Range : The typical pay range for this role is : $46,988.00 - $122,400.00
