Location : Mesa, AZ (In-Office, Full-Time)

Compensation : Starting at $75,000+ (based on experience and certification)

Reports to : Senior Project Manager

Type : Full-time | Civil Site Design | Technical + Collaborative Role

Sector : Private-Sector Infrastructure Development

The Opportunity

You'll play a key role in designing and delivering complex infrastructure projects that directly influence how communities grow. As a Senior Designer or E.I.T., you'll be part of a high-output team delivering private-sector work spanning commercial, multi-family, industrial, and large-scale infrastructure.

You'll have daily impact on projects involving :

Roadway and utility improvements

Site layouts and grading plans

Stormwater systems and drainage design

Master-planned developments across Arizona

What You'll Do

Design & Technical Execution

Use Civil 3D to create detailed site designs, plans, and documentation

Perform stormwater management analysis and hydrology calculations

Support feasibility studies and site assessments

Prepare cost estimates, technical specs, and regulatory submissions

Team Collaboration & Mentorship

Interface with project managers, clients, and contractors

Participate in design reviews and coordination meetings

Mentor junior team members and provide technical oversight

Ensure all deliverables meet municipal and state compliance standards

You'd Be a Great Fit If You Have :

2+ years of civil design experience (4+ preferred)

Proficiency in Civil 3D and Microsoft Office suite

E.I.T. certification (preferred but not mandatory)

Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
