We are an insurance defense firm serving the entire state of Florida with locations throughout South Florida and AV rated attorneys. We are seeking a 4+ year insurance defense litigation associate to join our Fort Lauderdale team handling 3rd party property cases, premises liability cases, and PIP. Other areas of insurance defense are welcome in addition to these core areas. Must be admitted to the Florida Bar and willing to travel to South Florida as needed.

Job Details

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Associate Attorney specializing in Insurance Defense for a Permanent position. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of both remote and in-office work. The successful candidate will be part of our dynamic legal team, working closely with our clients to provide expert legal advice and representation in all matters related to insurance defense. This includes personal injury protection (PIP), premises liability, first / third-party claims, and litigation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
