• Work night shifts with 7 : 1 patient ratio
• Perform medication administration and patient assessments
• Develop and maintain patient care plans
• Physical requirements include pushing, pulling, and lifting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required
• ACLS certification required
• Care for step down patients requiring intermediate level monitoring
• Work in a 24-bed unit with capability of taking 8 step down patients
