HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a travel job in Sumter, South Carolina.

Title : Ultrasound Technologist

Location : Sumter, SC

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Night, 4x10-hour shifts (21 : 00–07 : 30), Monday–Thursday

Job Responsibilities :

  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations across various patient age groups including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
  • Provide high-quality imaging and assist physicians in interpreting results.
  • Maintain and operate ultrasound equipment and ensure accurate image capture and documentation.
  • Collaborate with radiology staff and interdisciplinary teams to support patient care.
  • Follow safety, infection control, and hospital policies during all procedures.
  • Participate in weekend and call rotations as required.

    • Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience in an acute care hospital setting.
  • Certification in BLS and ARRT (S) required.
  • Experience with Epic charting system.
  • Ability to handle diverse patient populations and maintain quality imaging standards.

    • Preferred Skills and Certifications :

  • ARDMS AB (Abdomen) certification preferred.
  • Prior charge or leadership experience a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
