Job Description

The essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Familiarity with plans
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions
• Familiarity with builder's level, rule and framing square
• Familiarity with Transit
• Ability to work with power tools and hand tools
• Place tie-reinforcing steel
• Layout and erect structural framework, install partitions and lay subfloor
• Demolition
• Construct and erect forms and chutes for pouring concrete
• Place and finish concrete
• Erect ladders for assembling structures above ground level
• Layout and build stairs
• Fit and install window frames, doors, door frames, weather stripping, interior and exterior trim and finish hardware
