Staff Quality Specialist
The Staff Quality Specialist develops and implements initiatives and monitors processes associated with the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of Burns & McDonnell's quality program. This position collaborates with quality staff and project teams to promote a culture of quality within the organization.
Responsibilities include :
- Develop and implement Burns & McDonnell's quality program of policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Maintain documentation related to the quality program that is managed by the Quality Team.
- Collaborate with project teams on the application of quality program requirement to their projects.
- Develop and implement quality and continual improvement initiatives, including implementation of change management techniques within the initiatives.
- Develop and implement quality communications plan, including collaborating with content creators or developing content independently.
- Develop and implement quality training curriculum and work with individual business unit quality training needs when requested.
- Review documentation associated with audits and the audit program.
- Review nonconformance, cause analysis, and corrective action documentation, including development and maintenance of applicable reporting.
- Research and compile quality-related metrics.
- Collaborate with appropriate staff to develop responses to quality-related proposal inquiries.
- Develop and implement engagement approaches for promoting quality in the organization.
- Responsible for preparing meeting notes, presentations, and tables using Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other programs.
- Responsible for planning and arranging quality-related meetings.
- Responsible for coordinating quality staff across the organization as required.
- Collaborate with diversity programs within our organization.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
Qualifications :
Bachelor Degree and 4 years related professional experience required.Knowledge of quality management concepts preferred.Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI is required.Experience with graphic design platforms preferred.Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels within an organization.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.Experience supporting design or EPC projects preferred.Certified Change Management Professional preferred.ASQ Certified Quality Improvement Associate (ASQ CQIA) preferred.Compensation : $105,000.00-140,000.00 yearly.
The expected compensation range for this position is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to : individual education, qualifications, prior work experience and work location. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate in our discretionary year-end incentive bonus program.
