Job descriptionProcessing and accurately recording transactions Maintaining detailed records of payments and account statuses Sending reminders regarding overdue payments Researching any account discrepancies and taking appropriate action for resolution Creating accurate and informative reports Collaborating with other departments to gather additional information, ensure accounts are up-to-date, and develop repayment plans Communicating with clients regarding the payments on their accounts Bachelors degree in accounting or a related field Previous experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or in a similar position Advanced knowledge of Excel and accounting software Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Quickbooks Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices Excellent problem-solving and research skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail Verbal communication skills : English, Spanish and Hebrew (doesn't have to be advanced)
