Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Duties / Responsibilities
Electrical Architecture DevelopmentDesign and develop electrical systems for agricultural machinery, including controllers, sensors, and communication interfaces.
Define and validate wiring harnesses, power distribution, and grounding strategies for embedded systems.Collaborate with mechanical and product management teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical components into row units and implements.Software Architecture & Embedded SystemsArchitect and implement embedded software for electronic control units (ECUs), displays, and telematics devices.
Develop and maintain software for signal processing, application logic, and diagnostics.Utilize C / C++ to create scalable and reusable code for real-time systems.System Integration & TestingConduct lab and field testing to validate system performance under agricultural operating conditions.
Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues related to CAN bus communication, sensor feedback, and control logic.Documentation & ComplianceCreate and maintain technical documentation including schematics, software architecture diagrams, and interface control documents.

This position will be located at SurePoint Ag Systems in Atwood, KS or the SurePoint Innovation Center in Manhattan, KS. A remote opportunity is available for the ideal candidate.
