Construction Product Sales (Hybrid)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Specialist to lead market development and direct sales efforts for our Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) subflooring systems in Central Florida. This role is ideal for a professional with deep knowledge of gypcrete, lightweight concrete, and flooring installation systems, who is ready to champion a disruptive alternative in the construction space. Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute a regional sales strategy targeting flooring contractors, framers, developers, and GC firms. Educate clients on the benefits of AAC subflooring vs. traditional systems like gypcrete and plywood. Conduct product demos, site visits, and technical presentations. Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into long-term customers. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper installation support and training. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine positioning and messaging. Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to promote AAC solutions. Qualifications : 3+ years of experience in sales or technical roles related to gypcrete, flooring systems, lightweight concrete, or subflooring solutions. Strong network within the Central Florida construction ecosystem. Proven ability to close deals and manage long sales cycles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-starter with a passion for innovative building technologies. Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred but not required. What We Offer : Competitive base salary + commission structure.
