Details / Requirements for Assignment :

License : California License Required

Board Certification Required

Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM

Patient Volume : Averaging between 5-8 new patients per day + Follow-up consults

Practice Focus : General neurology

Starts ASAP and will be ongoing

Currently Seeking at least 2 weeks per month

Credentialing time will be a minimum of 60 days
