Certified Medication Technician (CMT) / Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Kesti Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking dedicated and compassionate CMTs and DSPs to join our growing team. Our caregivers play a vital role in supporting clients across various healthcare settings, including senior care facilities, group homes, and residential programs. We’re looking for professionals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about delivering safe, person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications in accordance with provider orders and state regulations.
- Monitor and document client responses, promptly reporting any changes to nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate and secure medication records in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Assist clients with daily living tasks while encouraging independence and dignity.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individualized care plans.
- Maintain clean and organized medication storage areas.
- Participate in ongoing training and follow best practices for medication administration.
- Provide compassionate support to individuals with developmental or behavioral needs.
Qualifications
Active certification(s) in the State of Maryland.Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and / or behavioral health needs (e.g., autism, anxiety).Strong understanding of medication administration protocols and documentation requirements.Prior experience in long-term care, group homes, or residential programs preferred.Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.Required Documents
