Join GovCIO as an Instructional Media Developer, specializing in the creation of Non-resident Training Courses using HTML5 and advanced VR technologies. This remote position invites you to contribute to the future of training simulations.
Responsibilities
Engage with clients to fully understand their educational needs and design multimedia applications that meet those requirements.
Combine graphic images, animations, sound, text, and video into dynamic multimedia programs that enhance learning experiences.
Collaborate effectively with subject matter experts in sound, programming, and graphic design to produce high-quality training content.
Stay updated on the latest technological advancements in instructional design and apply them for optimal client outcomes.
Contribute to the testing and approval processes to ensure all applications meet quality standards before final release.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 2 - 5 years of relevant experience.
Required Skills and Experience
Secret security clearance required.
Proficient in Adobe Suite and Figma.
Experience with NeL, GCAT, and ChaRMS hosting.
Strong skills in Frontend Web Development, including HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Previous service in the US Navy.
Familiarity with Unreal Engine or Unity for VR development.
