Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Support Coordinator supports high quality, patient-centered care by directing and providing feedback, guidance, and mentoring to new graduate nurses and / or nurses that are transitioning to a new specialty. The Clinical Support Coordinator supports multiple units, providing direction, education, and accountability on the hospital’s standard of nursing practice, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with all accrediting and regulatory agency requirements. ​
