The City of Alden is accepting applications for a full-time Public Works Superintendent. This position performs skilled maintenance work involving the operations of the Public Works Department including streets, water, storm sewer, wastewater, parks and zoning operations; attends Council meetings; and performs other related duties as required. The Superintendent also performs general and technical supervision over the department staff. Minimum qualifications include a high-school diploma or GED; a valid Class B Minnesota driver's license, or the ability to obtain within 30 days; Class C water and Class D wastewater license, or the ability to obtain; and the ability to report to an emergency call within 30 minutes.
