Job Details

The Treasury Manager will play a key role in managing cash flow, banking relationships, liquidity, and financial risk. This role ensures the efficient use of company funds, oversees short- and long-term cash forecasting, and supports strategic initiatives related to working capital optimization and financing. The Treasury Manager will collaborate closely with Accounting, FP&A, Operations, and Project Management to ensure sound financial positioning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Cash Management & Forecasting
• Oversee daily cash management, including cash positioning, bank reporting, and transfers.
• Develop and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Optimize working capital across business units to support operational needs and growth initiatives.
• Banking & Financing
• Manage banking relationships and serve as the primary liaison with financial institutions.
• Support debt compliance, borrowing base certificates, and reporting requirements.
• Assist in negotiating and structuring credit facilities and other financing arrangements.
• Treasury Operations
• Implement and maintain treasury management systems, processes, and controls.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, loan covenants, and applicable regulations.
• Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate cash and debt reporting.
• Risk Management
• Monitor liquidity risk, interest rate exposure, and counterparty risk.
• Recommend strategies to mitigate financial risks and improve returns on idle cash.
• Strategic Initiatives
• Provide treasury input for major projects, capital investments, and M&A activities.
• Support continuous improvement in financial planning, modeling, and decision support.
