Nurse Manager

Promotes and restores patients' health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area; directing and developing staff; demonstrating fiscal responsibility; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staff; ensure an environment conducive to patient and family centered care.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education : Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or received within 12 months)

Minimum Work Experience : 2 Years of experience

Required Licenses / Certifications : Registered Nurse, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

Compile and Analyze Reports

Compose applicable policies and procedures

Compose letters / memoranda

Coordinate meetings

Develop office procedures
