Your Role

This position supports the ground transport of our premature neonates up to 18 years old. As part of our fast-paced, close-knit team, you will build amazing relationships with our MDs, ARNPs, and RTs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide critical care during ground transport for neonatal and pediatric patients.
• Collaborate closely with MDs, ARNPs, and RTs to ensure the highest level of care.
• Maintain flexibility, independence, and initiative in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this role is $48.85 - $89.91 . Additional compensation may be available, including shift differentials, standby / on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses.
