Shift : 12-hour day shifts

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1890-$1940

Patient Ratio : RN : 1 : 4-5 (Days), 1 : 5-6 (Nights) – based on acuity

Charting System : EPIC

Parking : Free on-site parking

Scrub Color : Any color

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of recent Med / Surg RN experience (2 years preferred)

Active Registered Nurse license in Wisconsin or compact state

BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke certifications required

Competency in telemetry and clinical support

Experience with EPIC charting preferred

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Med / Surg RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to medical / surgical patients

Monitor and interpret telemetry data

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members, including charge nurses, LPNs, hospitalists, and support staff

Accurately document patient care using EPIC

Conduct patient assessments, medication administration, and care planning

Maintain infection control and safety standards

Provide patient and family education
