Position Overview :

We are seeking a driven, self-motivated Sales Representative to grow our client base and generate new business opportunities. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial individual who thrives in a commission-based environment and wants to be rewarded directly for performance. There is a base salary to start  plus commission.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and engage potential customers within your territory

Promote and sell services : asphalt crack sealing, sealcoating, and line striping

Provide on-site estimates and consultations

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Meet or exceed sales goals and performance benchmarks

Coordinate with operations to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery

Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and closed deals

Qualifications :

Prior experience in B2B or service-related sales (construction, property maintenance, or landscaping industries preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-starter with ability to work independently

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Ability to inspect job sites and explain service benefits

Willingness to work on commission-only structure initially

Compensation :

Base salary plus commission

Competitive commission rates
