Senior Paralegal

A company is looking for a Senior Paralegal to provide advanced legal support across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and oversee the contract lifecycle

Review advertising and marketing materials for compliance and advise on related legal matters

Support intellectual property management and coordinate with outside counsel on filings and enforcement

Required Qualifications

Paralegal certificate or equivalent professional training and experience

8+ years of paralegal experience, particularly in commercial contracts, advertising compliance, and intellectual property

Experience managing contract lifecycle management systems and legal operations platforms

Strong understanding of advertising and marketing legal requirements

Experience with data privacy compliance programs
