Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Home Health Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 10 / 2025 Duration : 12 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Local Contract Home Health RN – Days | Palm Desert, CA Employment Type : Contract (W2) Start Date : November 10 Contract Length : 13 weeks Hours : 40 hours per week (5x8s) Schedule : Day shift, rotating weekends (currently every 4th weekend) Position Overview : We’re seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment in the Palm Desert, CA area. The ideal candidate is flexible, organized, and compassionate, with a strong background in delivering high-quality patient care in a home-based setting. Responsibilities : Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes within a 20–25-mile radius. Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care. Complete documentation using HCHB and OASIS systems (training available if needed). Rotate weekends as scheduled (every 4th weekend).
