As an On-Site EMT , you'll play a critical role in keeping workers safe while gaining unparalleled experience in proactive health and safety management. Learn and apply the principles of

Occupational Medicine , helping workers stay safe and healthy while gaining valuable industry certifications.

Collaborate closely with Health & Safety teams to create safer work environments, positively impacting entire worksites.

What You'll Do

Perform triage, first aid, and follow-up care, or refer to outside medical providers as needed.

Assess situations, make sound decisions, and respond swiftly to ensure the best outcomes.

Accurately document patient care and maintain medical records databases for the site.

Participate in site Health & Wellness programs, deliver medical and safety awareness training, and conduct site walk-throughs.

Help organize on-site health fairs and wellness events.

Liaise with outside medical providers and the site management team to ensure seamless care and recovery processes.

We strive to support our clients in the field, not in the office! You will spend 65% of your day actively engaging with the workers.
