Job Title : Master Plumber (License Holder)

Location : Phoenix, Arizona

Compensation : $2,500 / month for license rental

Job Summary :

We are seeking a licensed Master Plumber to rent or lease their Arizona plumbing license for business purposes. The ideal candidate will hold an AZ Specialty Residential R-37 License and be open to providing consulting services as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the qualifying party for licensing requirements, ensuring state compliance.
  • Maintain and uphold Arizona plumbing regulations, codes, and safety standards.
  • Optionally provide consulting services on plumbing projects, training, and compliance needs.
  • Potential for full-time employment, performing plumbing work and mentoring junior plumbers.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

  • Valid Arizona Master Plumber License (or ability to obtain one).
  • 8+ years of professional plumbing experience (residential and light commercial preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, state regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Experience in diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems.
  • Ability to train and mentor apprentice and journeyman plumbers.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
