Wellness Coach Job Summary :

The Blue Sky MD Wellness Coach is a core role within the organization and is integral to the support and care of all or our patients. The Wellness Coach position requires communication skills and a personality conducive to a fast-paced environment, as well as the willingness to make a difference in the health and appearance of patients.

Wellness Coach Responsibilities :

The Blue Sky MD Wellness Coach position will have the following job responsibilities :

• Conduct initial new patient evaluations and motivational follow-up visits
• Regularly communicate the medical, physiological, and nutritional aspects of the Blue Sky MD program
• Facilitate workflow for patient and practice efficiency, including but not limited to scheduling patients for follow-up visits
• Triage patients on occasion with biometric scale and communicate medical triage needs to Medical Assistant.
• Maintain awareness of new trend information in terms of nutrition, exercise, and healthy lifestyles.
• Communicate and elaborate with on sight provider supervisor for medical needs for patient care.
• Maintain Monthly Inventory with supplements, program materials etc.
• Manage Weekly Patient Outcome Letters for local PCP’s on patient Progress.
• Maintain Schedule Preparation two days out, along with Provider / Medical Assistant Daily Huddle Schedules.
• Conduct inventory of applicable products and reorder and stock as needed
• Other duties may be assigned according to business needs

Education Required :

Minimum : Bachelor’s Degree in health and Wellness, Exercise Physiology, or related field

Preferred : Master’s Degree in Health and Wellness, Exercise Physiology, or related field
