About The Role :
As a Project Geologist or Project Engineer you'll oversee projects from start to finish-working directly with clients, preparing proposals and work plans, scheduling and tracking milestones, managing budgets, performing analyses, and delivering clear, detailed reports.
Field & Office Support : Contribute to a variety of assignments, including hydrogeologic investigations, environmental sampling and assessments, geotechnical studies, and general project tasks.Field Work : Perform activities such as drilling and soil borings, monitoring well installations, soil and rock classification, in-situ permeability testing, and collection of groundwater, soil, and vapor samples for laboratory testing.Office Work : Develop data summaries and tables, prepare visual representations of findings, interpret results against state and federal standards, and draft technical documentation.Inspections & Coordination : Carry out site inspections for environmental and construction projects while collaborating with contractors, vendors, internal staff, and clients to keep deliverables on track.Team Development : Assist with mentoring and training junior staff by guiding field data collection and observation practices.About You :
You have a bachelor's degree in Geology, Civil Engineering or a closely related technical fieldYou have a minimum of 3 years of related professional experienceYou have your GIT or Professional Geologist (PG) / EIT or Professional Engineer (PE) or on track to obtainYou have effective communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing) using the English languageYou Are Willing and Able to :

Working outdoors the majority of the time in varying weather conditionsWalking over rough, uneven terrain and standing for potentially up to 12 hours a dayRoutinely lifting and carrying 40-50lbs (field / laboratory samples and equipment)Maneuvering field equipment safely, such as a loaded wheelbarrow, on uneven ground around active construction sitesGrow With Us :
