Overview

JST is currently seeking a Clerical / Administrative Support to join our team. This is a full-time Onsite position with potential hybrid / remote work at Defense Health Agency (DHA) with positions at DHA offices in Dayton, OH. JST offers a full benefit package, a collaborative work environment and strong company culture. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply. This position is contingent upon contract award.

The Clerical / Administrative Support shall be professional in demeanor, appearance, and deportment. Employees shall be responsive. The Administrative Assistant may be required to interface with senior Government and industry officials. Personnel shall have excellent written and oral communications skills sufficient to provide clear concise communication and documentation. Proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite of applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project as well as with Adobe Acrobat.

Clerical / Administrative Support Responsibilities

• Provide general- purpose administrative and clerical support for project tasks
• Excellent organization and communications skills
• Technical typing; data entry; filing; scheduling appointments; arranging travel itineraries; maintaining visitor control; and answering telephones.
• They will be supporting the offices in an administrative capacity
• They will utilize Microsoft Office applications (ex : Word, Excel, and Access)
• Responsible for preparing and submitting documents in the DOD format
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned.
