Location : Grafton , OH
Schedule : Full-Time 40 hours per week, Weekdays Only (No evenings, weekends, or holidays)
Duration : 3-Month Assignment (with potential extension)
Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) licensed in Ohio to provide on-site healthcare services at a correctional facility in Toledo. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing quality primary care to the male population in a secure environment.
Key Details :
- Full-time schedule, weekdays only
- Flexible shift start / end times based on facility needs
- On-site interview required prior to hire
- Initial 6-month contract with possible extension
