Responsibilities
Lead all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule goals are met
Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment
Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all related documentation
Conduct site visits, review progress, and proactively resolve issues before they become costly delays
Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance and identify potential risks
Facilitate project meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate updates effectively
Lead and mentor Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other team members
Promote a safety-first culture and ensure all work meets company quality standards
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
Strong background in ground-up, renovation, or tenant improvement projects
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (experience considered in lieu of degree)
Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain strong attention to detail
